Congratulations to those of you who did Day 1! I love the victory pics! Some of you may be sore from Day 1. That’s okay. The best thing you can do is keep moving. It will get better. Don’t forget to go at your own pace. Use the modifications as needed and slow it down if that’s what your body needs. Just keep moving for 21 minutes. We got this! Lunges, Russian Twists and Jumping Jacks!
Lunges - The walking lunges can be super low or just minis. Add weight if you are feeling extra tough, use a wall or chair to do mini lunges if needed. Russian Twists - feet up or heels down, you decide. Add weight if these feel easy. If your abs are super sore from yesterday’s sit-ups, try doing them sitting in a chair and twisting side to side with some weight in your hands. Either way - make sure you are twisting from your abdominal muscles and not just moving your arms. Jumping Jacks! Fast, slow, anything goes! If the jump is too much, watch the modification video. You can step it out too. Just keep moving. Please share your victory pics!
